We make buying land simple and super-fast. Once you select the property you’re interested in, contact us and will begin the process. We will send you an electronic invoice that you can pay securely online using your credit card or debit card. We also accept CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle payments
Are you a real estate agent?
We are not Real Estate Agents or Brokers.
Can you help me help me look for a specific kind of property?
While we work in many counties across the United States, we will do our best to try and find your dream location.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
There are no hidden fees. We don’t add document fees to the price. We do offer buyers the ability to electronically file their Deed for them in the appropriate county with a one day turnaround. We are licensed providers of Simplifile to record deeds in most counties in the United Stated. You also have the option to file it yourself.
Why are your properties so cheap?
We search hard for properties we can acquire at the lowest price so we can pass the savings to our customers.
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
We have been in business since 2015 and pride ourselves on honesty and integrity. We use secure payment methods and do not share any information of our customers with anyone.
